Joseph's smile
Imagine his face, so innocent and new,
and wonder for a moment, what he might do.
The smile on his face is all you can see,
There's never a clue of what he might be.
An artist? A poet? A bringer of peace ?
A salesman? An actor? A herder of geese?
An inventor of gadgets, for a life of ease?
Or maybe a sailor, a-roaming the seas?
What life he will lead, you really can't say,
So I hope that his smile forever will stay.
